Ever have one of those days when NOTHING, and I mean nothing goes right? I am having one. Aaron had a call at 5:30 this morning, and the pager woke everyone up (they usually sleep though it).I burnt the eggs this morning, forgot to add the coffee filter to the coffee pot so had a huge mess. Clara is not feel her self, not sick sick, but not her normal self. I have to sell my goats because of a misunderstanding. Nothing is going right. Nothing. So, I am cooking my family a hot lunch ( we usually do sandwiches) of hamburger patties, homemade baked fries with brown gravy and carrots. I am going to make a bunch of cards for the Doles. I had big plans for working in the yard today, but alas...its freezing cold and sleeting on and off, so we are scrapping that. I am thinking we will give in and let the kids watch a movie and just try to make the best of the rest of today!

Totally unrelated, my blueberries right after they came and my starts. Leeks, a couple kinds of squash, watermelon and pumpkins....oh and rosemery :)

*hugs* Hope your day got better after you posted this! Usually if I'm having an off day, I just want to VEG. I grab a book, put Bug in front of a movie, and just sit. You have to get rid of ALL of your goats?? :(
ReplyDeleteThanks Di for the sweet comment. I did have a better afternoon! Yes, I have to sell all my goats. I was just going to sell the babies, and keep the mama for milk. But :( not anymore.
