Well, I finally did it. I signed up for Weight Watchers. Andrew is almost done nursing. He only nurses a couple times durning the day a at night a few time. He eats all the meals with us, so I am ready to lose weight faster! Since Last Thanksgiving I lost about 50 lbs, but gained a little over 10 lbs back when I was sitting after hurting my knee. So away I go. I will be posting my progress as motivation to me. To help make sure I am getting my hour or so of a work out (a day) in and keeping on track! :) I will post weekly on Fridays.

Hi Amber. Congratulations on your weight loss. I am on a weight loss program now too. I have lost 32 lbs. since I started in May for a total of 59 lbs. since last summer. I do not like exercise, but know I have to. I use the Tony Little Gazelle and also Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. I have another 13 lbs. to reach my goal. Posting your progress is a great motivator.

ReplyDeleteI saw your post on PW. I lost 50 pounds this past year. It feels great! I use a treadmill, was up to 5 miles a day and am now in the maintenance phase of two miles a day. I would like to encourage you. It is well worth it.
