Pictures and a Recipe








Italian Sausage and Lentil Stew

1 package turkey italian sasuage
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups lentels
1 onion
2 cups chopped spinach
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can corn
2 Tablespoons garlic (or less of you are not a garlicy person)
pinch of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
4 bay leaves.


Brown sausage in with the onion. Add about 4-6 cups water and add in everything else. Simmer until carrots and lentils are done. SO good, and SO good for you. One cup is 3 weight watchers point. Filling, and very good for left overs. This made dinner for all of us, Aaron had 3 bowls and enough for lunch for Aaron and I today (The girls wanted pb and j)
