Rainy Days

After such a wonderful busy day outside yesterday, we are all going a little stir crazy today with heavy rains and cold weather. I was thinking about what we do on these rainy days.
Here are some of our favorite rainy day activities.

• Library day. We went today and brought home 2 bags of books and a Curious George Movie. We are very excited for the new and improved library opening in July! :)
  
• Read books
• Color
• Playdough (A must in this house, the girls LOVE it)
• Puzzles
• Extra long baths for the girls. I think they are part fish, they can stay in FOREVER!
  
• Crafts. We got Clara a subscription to Turtle, a mag for preschooler with cute stories, crafts and learning games. She LOVES it and they have some cute crafts.

• Movie

For us silly boring adults:

• Sewing (me, its an addiction really)
  
• One of Aaron's projects he always has going
• Extra house work, like deep cleaning the kids room, cleaning the pantry etc
• Extra baking, its always a nice way to warm up the house a bit.

Needless to say, even though we love to be OUT as much as we can, but we also enjoy rainy days!
