TAST 2010~ Week 4 and an update on the Doles

Okay, I way far behind with no hopes of catching up until after Passover and Days of Unleavened Bread, but I though I would share this weeks link anyhow. I am excited to catch up!

Are any of you doing a project with these? I would love to see them!

TAST 2010 Week 4



Dole Update:

Jethro is holding his own and is doing pretty well. They have him on a heavy duty round of antibiotics to help with a digestive problem he has been having. The plan is to start to see if he will nurse this next week. Yahoo! He is by no means out of the woods, but is slowly improving!

As for their house, it was not burnt to the ground, but what wasn't burnt is toast with either smoke or water. The insurance company is being very helpful (we have all hurt the horror stories) which is an answer to prayer. Right now they don't know what they still have, and whats lost. The insurance company sends in a company that will pull anything out that is save-able, and clean it. One of the locals was very wonderful and gave them a storage unit to keep their stuff in until they have a new house. God might be working wonders in that area (house) too, so keep the prayers coming!

The benefit for the family is coming up on April 10th. They have no health insurance (Mike had started his job a month before after being laid off for over a year!), so we are praying to raise a whole bunch of money to help this wonderful family out! :)

Well, I am a little behind. I am posting the link to this weeks stitch, and will try to catch up on my project tonight and post my results tomorrow! :) I love having you all watching a waiting to see posts. I get more done!

TAST 2010

Thanks for my friend Annie, for showing me this wonderful sight, I am going to be doing this.

So, every Tuesday I will post a link to that weeks stitch, and then the next I will show you what I did with it and post the next weeks stitch. :) My plan is to do most of them. There will be weeks, I am sure, that will will not be able to keep up! This is meant to be fun, and to expand your stitching. Something I have wanted to do for a long time. I am going to make a true crazy quilt! :)

We are going to have a busy day today. Stating to pack for our trip to visit Mom and Mandi and getting the motor home ready for friends to use! Thankfully its going to be another wonderful sunny day, so the kids will be able to play out side! We all sleep better when we have has lots of Vit D and fresh air!

Update On Jethro: He is slowly impoving, but no means out of the woods. Keep praying! They are being answered!
